Ash - Stair Materials And Lumber

Ash is a durable hardwood and can usually be purchased at most hardwood material supply warehouses. It's obviously not as popular as Oak, but I would definitely put it in the top 10 for all woodworking projects, including stairs.

My grandfather loved maple and ash. It seemed like every cabinet or woodworking project he ever made, was made from one of these building materials.

Even though Ash looks wonderful, it can always be stained or painted to provide you with the exact look you need, for your home.

If you can't find a stair building materials supplier who carries Ash, just start looking a little harder. Hopefully, it won't be long before you find someone who has something close or exactly what you're looking for.
