Missing Stair Bracket Lags

The missing lag bolts at the bottom is not ever a good thing. There is a reason for using 4 lag bolts with this stair stringer bracket. If one of the bolts fails in this situation there is nothing connecting the stringers to the head out or stair landing. This could lead to the stairs falling down and a possible accident. You will also notice the bolts are not  big enough or the Wrong Size Lag . If you look closely at the lag to the right in the picture above at the top of the lag you can see a gap between the lag and the bracket.
