Carpenter
Pencil
Carpenter pencils are used for marking lumber whether writing on the
lumber notes to yourself or marking specific measurements with the
measuring tape. The carpenter pencil has a bigger lead than a regular
number two pencil therefore it will require less sharpening. Some
carpenter pencil leads are hard and therefore do not mark easy. Try to
find pencils with a softer lead for easy material marking.
